SM Prime Holdings, Inc. will hold its Annual Stockholders' Meeting on April 29, 2025. The meeting is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at the Forbes Ballroom 1 and 2, Conrad Manila, located in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
