Smeg's 2025 color of the year is Jade Green

Smeg has announced its color of the year for 2025: Jade Green. This soft turquoise shade brings to mind the beautiful waters of Italy, especially the canals of Venice. The company, known for its stylish kitchen appliances, believes this color will add a fresh and natural touch to many kitchens. Currently, three Smeg appliances are available in Jade Green. These include the Retro-Style Two-Slice Toaster, the Retro-Style Seven-Cup Electric Kettle, and the Collezione Digital Kitchen Scale. Smeg plans to release two more products in this color soon, likely the Soda Maker and the Portable Induction Hub. Jade Green reflects a growing trend in kitchen appliances towards warm, natural tones. This shift moves away from the common black, white, and stainless steel designs of the past years. Recently, KitchenAid also revealed its color of the year: a soft yellow called Butter, which adds a cheerful touch to kitchen decor. In addition to new colors, KitchenAid has made its automatic coffee machines available in a creamy Porcelain White. Breville has also updated its coffee makers with new color options, including navy blue and olive green, accented with warm metal details. These changes are inspiring many to consider redecorating their kitchens.
