Solar panel firm threatens pensioner with court again
A Shade Greener (ASG), a solar panel company under investigation by Ofgem, is threatening legal action against 72-year-old Stuart Potter again. This follows a previous £320,000 defamation lawsuit that ASG dropped last July after facing judicial scrutiny. ASG claims Potter breached a lease agreement by making negative posts about the company online. They are now demanding he pay £19,158.81 within 28 days or face court action, despite Potter's financial struggles on a limited pension. The company has faced criticism for its practices, including allegations of exploiting vulnerable customers. Ofgem is continuing its investigation into ASG amid growing concerns from affected customers like Potter.
