Sonia Kruger has sold her luxurious mansion in Mosman, Sydney for $20 million. She listed the property in November with a price guide of $18.5 million. Kruger and her partner, Craig McPherson, bought the home for $6.5 million back in 2015. After extensive renovations, they have now made a significant profit from the sale. The property includes five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The renovations took place shortly after the couple purchased the home, but they faced challenges due to the COVID pandemic. They revamped the third floor, adding a wrap-around balcony and outdoor kitchen. The house features many high-end amenities, including a wet-edge infinity pool, a limestone kitchen with premium appliances, and private guest quarters. The sale was managed by Michael Coombs of Atlas, and the house attracted interest from several local buyers. The couple expressed regret about starting the renovations during the pandemic, stating it was a difficult time for such projects. However, they proceeded with the work, which is estimated to have cost around $1 million.
