He reflects on his time at Reedley and his pivotal role in signing Michael Jordan to Nike. In the book, Vaccaro discusses his unexpected firing from Nike and his subsequent move to Adidas, where he signed Kobe Bryant. He aims to clarify misconceptions about his influence in the sports world. Vaccaro also highlights his involvement in a lawsuit against the NCAA, which has led to athletes earning money from their Name, Image, and Likeness. His book will be available for purchase on Tuesday.
