South Hills real estate sees 38 transactions this week

In Baldwin Borough, various properties were sold this week, with notable transactions including a home at 405 Bliss Drive for $200,000 and another at 439 Blossom Drive for $275,000. The highest sale recorded was at 4306 Grandview Drive, which went for $575,000. A number of properties were also sold for lower prices, including one for $20,000 on Horning Road. In Baldwin Township, James Delgreco sold a property on Highview Road for $400,000. Other sales included a home at 767 Newport Drive for $133,000 and a property at 4622 E Willock Road for $218,000. Brentwood saw property sales such as an $86,555 sale on Brentwood Ave and a $220,000 sale on East Garden Road. The most expensive property was sold for $244,900 on Catskill Ave. Jefferson Hills reported property sales, including a home at 1237 Second St. for $175,000. Other properties on Foxhound Drive had higher sales, with prices reaching between $490,900 and $628,500. Pleasant Hills had notable transactions, including a $315,000 sale on Mowry Drive. Several homes in this area sold for around $200,000 to $300,000. Overall, the real estate market in South Hills continues to thrive, with a wide range of properties sold at various price points.
