Southeastern Louisiana University hosts 40th Chefs Evening
Southeastern Louisiana University is celebrating its 40th Chefs Evening on March 29. This event is part of the school's centennial celebrations. The Chefs Evening will take place at the Pennington Center. It will feature a variety of delicious food and drinks, as well as live music. Faith Peterson, the Assistant Director of Donor Engagement, highlights that the event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests can enjoy dishes from local restaurants and caterers. There will also be cocktails and opportunities to bid on silent and live auction items. The band Sugar Bomb will provide the entertainment for the night. Before the main event, attendees are invited to the President’s Toast from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the President’s Residence. This gathering will offer hors d’oeuvres and wine.
