Southern California wildfire forces evacuations and destroys structures as firefighters battle strong winds

A fast-moving wildfire in Southern California has forced thousands to evacuate and destroyed at least 168 structures. Firefighters are battling strong winds, with the Mountain Fire now 31% contained, up from 26% earlier. The fire has burned around 32 square miles, with gusts reaching 80 mph.
