Special express train for Ugadi and Ramzan festivals

A special express train will run between Mysuru and Vijayapura during the Ugadi and Ramzan festivals. The Railway Board has approved this service to help manage the increased number of passengers. The train, named Train No. 06567 Mysuru – Vijayapura Express Special, will leave Mysuru at 7:10 PM on March 28, 2025. It will arrive in Vijayapura at 2:05 PM the next day. The return train, Train No. 06568 Vijayapura – Mysuru Express Special, will depart Vijayapura at 7:00 PM on March 31, 2025, and reach Mysuru at 2:20 PM the following day. Along the route, the train will stop at several stations. These include Mandya, KSR Bengaluru, and Ballari Cantonment among others. The train will have various classes for passengers. It will consist of three AC 2-tier coaches, six AC 3-tier coaches, ten sleeper coaches, and general seating options. Passengers can make reservations and check train timings on the official railway website or at local railway booking counters.
