Sporting KC earns first point, draws with Minnesota
Sporting Kansas City earned its first point of the season with a 3-3 draw against Minnesota United FC on Saturday. Kansas City came back from a 3-0 deficit, scoring three goals in the second half. Dejan Joveljic scored the equalizer in the 80th minute. Daniel Salloi and an own goal from Minnesota contributed to the comeback after Kansas City trailed until the 68th minute. Minnesota United had a strong start, scoring three goals before halftime. Despite the draw, they extended their points streak to three games but ended their two-game winning streak.
