In February, the median home price in St. Joseph County rose to $247,500. This is a 3.7% increase compared to January's price of $238,750. Homes in St. Joseph County are selling relatively quickly. They were listed for a median of 58 days in February, which is better than the national average of 66 days. In January, homes were on the market for a median of 56 days. However, the number of new listings decreased. Around 40 homes were newly listed in February, down 13% from 46 listings in February 2024.
