Stanley Tucci relates to his character in 'Prada'
Stanley Tucci recently shared that he relates most to his character, Nigel, from the film "The Devil Wears Prada." He described Nigel as stylish and a bit sharp-tongued, but also with a good heart. Tucci made this remark during an appearance promoting his new Netflix movie. In "The Devil Wears Prada," which came out in 2006, Tucci plays the art director of the fictional Runway magazine. He helps the main character, Andy, played by Anne Hathaway, as she works for the tough editor, Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep. Tucci noted that after the film's release, he struggled to find new roles. This experience was surprising for him. He mentioned taking on various projects he didn't always want to do during that time. Since then, he has appeared in many films, including some with Streep again. Recently, Tucci also revealed he is excited about a potential sequel to "The Devil Wears Prada." The original writer, Aline Brosh McKenna, is working on a new script. Tucci expressed his hope that filming for the sequel will start soon.
