Kyivstar, Ukraine's top mobile operator, has partnered with Starlink to offer direct-to-cell satellite services. This technology will allow phone signals to be sent directly from satellites to smartphones. Ukraine will be among the first countries to receive this service. It launched its first satellites with direct-to-cell capabilities earlier this year.
