Steel Seed launches April 10 with stealth-action gameplay
A new stealth-action video game called Steel Seed is set to launch on April 10, 2025. The game is created by Storm in a Teacup and published by ESDigital Games. In Steel Seed, players will follow the character Zoe and her drone companion named Koby. They explore a large facility built for robots after humans can no longer survive on Earth due to a major catastrophe. This facility might hold the key to saving humanity, but it is also full of dangerous robots. The gameplay involves a mix of stealth and combat. Players can hide in the shadows to avoid detection or choose to confront the robots directly. Zoe has three skill trees for upgrades, while Koby offers different abilities as well. Zoe’s strong parkour skills will help her navigate tricky environments, giving her an edge before battles. Koby can also assist Zoe during puzzles and can be controlled to gather information and find hidden upgrades. Steel Seed will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Players are encouraged to try out a demo on Steam and add the game to their wishlist, while they can follow the developers on Twitter for updates.
