This collaboration includes an undisclosed investment from StoneX and aims to improve payment solutions for global merchants. The partnership combines StoneX Payments' foreign exchange capabilities with Bamboo's extensive payment network. This integration is expected to provide better pricing, reliable settlements, and improved cash flow for clients operating in the region. The transaction is pending regulatory approval. StoneX operates a global financial services network, while Bamboo specializes in cross-border payments, connecting merchants with local banks and offering over 200 payment methods across 11 Latin American countries.
