Students in Punjab demand grace marks for history exam
Students in Ludhiana are asking for grace marks after taking a complicated history exam. The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) held the Class 12 history exam on March 20. Many students and teachers say the questions were too difficult. Dharmjeet Singh Dhillon, a leader in the lecturer union, mentioned that PSEB did not provide the required history textbook. There were also delays in delivering learning materials. These issues, along with a test that did not match previous patterns, put students at a disadvantage. The union has emailed their concerns to PSEB officials, including the chairman and secretary. They are asking for 10 grace marks to help students who struggled. Additionally, they want changes in the exam pattern for future academic years. The union suggests returning to the old exam format.
