Students urged to adapt leadership for digital age

Students were encouraged to embrace change and innovation at a seminar focused on leadership in the digital age. Assistant Professor Vijay Kumar from the Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering and Technology spoke at the event, emphasizing the importance of adapting to new methodologies in a technology-driven world. The seminar, held at Andhra Loyola College, aimed to highlight the skills needed for modern leadership. Vijay Kumar discussed the vital traits of digital leaders and how they must evolve to be effective today. In the opening session, T. Dharma Theja from SRM University also spoke. He stressed that leaders must be flexible and ready to change their strategies. He noted that the ability to handle risk and foster innovation is crucial in uncertain times. Consultant T. R. Ramesh addressed the need for both technical and soft skills in future job markets. He warned that as technology evolves, workers will need to be equipped with cognitive and social skills, in addition to their technical expertise.
