Students visit Telangana Assembly to learn legislative processes

Students from the Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Degree College in Patancheru visited the Telangana Assembly on March 24, 2025. The visit allowed them to observe the Legislative proceedings during the ongoing budget session for 2025-26. While at the Assembly, the students learned about discussions and decision-making processes in governance. They watched debates on important policies and understood the roles of elected representatives in shaping the state’s future. Alagu Varshini, the Secretary of the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, encouraged the students to stay engaged in civic matters. She highlighted the importance of being informed about Legislative affairs.
