Sub-classification for SCs ensures fair representation, says MLA

A legislator from Parvatipuram has expressed support for the government’s decision to sub-classify Scheduled Castes (SCs). Bonela Vijaya Chandra, a member of the Telugu Desam Party, spoke in the Legislative Assembly about the benefits this classification will bring to various sub-castes. He emphasized that this move aligns with a ruling from the Supreme Court. He believes that all sub-castes within the SC category will receive fair benefits from reservations due to the government's decision. Vijaya Chandra also thanked Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for faithfully implementing the Supreme Court's order. He hopes this decision will promote justice for all SC sub-castes in the state.
