Sunny Deol excited for film "Lahore 1947" release

Sunny Deol is excited about his upcoming film, Lahore 1947. He recently shared his enthusiasm during the trailer launch of another project, Jaat. Sunny described Lahore 1947 as a big film with a grand scale and a powerful story. The film is produced by Aamir Khan Productions and is among the most awaited movies of the year. It features notable collaborations, including Sunny Deol, Rajkumar Santoshi as director, and Aamir Khan as producer. The film is set against the backdrop of the 1947 partition of India and stars Preity Zinta, Shabana Azmi, Abhimanyu Singh, and Ali Fazal. Preity Zinta's role is particularly special as it marks her return to acting after a seven-year break. The movie was shot over an intensive 70-day schedule, which finished recently. A source said that the filming process was highly rewarding, praising the performance of the experienced cast. In the meantime, Sunny Deol is preparing for the release of Jaat, which is set to hit theaters on April 10, 2025. The film also features Randeep Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, and Regina Cassandra. Sunny shared that the idea for Jaat began during the making of Gadar 2, and he is pleased with how the project developed.
