Sunrisers Hyderabad finalizes squad for IPL 2025 after auction success

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) retained five key players ahead of the IPL 2025 auction, including Heinrich Klaasen and Pat Cummins. They will enter the auction with a budget of ₹45 crore, the lowest alongside Mumbai Indians. In the IPL 2025 auction, SRH acquired several players, including Mohammed Shami for ₹10 crore and Ishan Kishan for ₹11.25 crore. Other notable signings include Harshal Patel and Rahul Chahar. Before the auction, SRH released a number of players, including Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Aiden Markram. The team aims to build on their strong performance from IPL 2024, where they reached the final.
