As of the latest update, Ofel was located 135 kilometers northeast of Echague, Isabela, moving west northwest at 15 kilometers per hour. It has maximum sustained winds of 185 kilometers per hour and may make landfall in Cagayan between noon and 5 p.m. Thursday.
