As of early Sunday, Pepito was located 85 kilometers northeast of Daet, with maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h and gusts up to 255 km/h. The storm will move west northwest, passing near the Calaguas Islands and the Polillo Islands before crossing northern Central Luzon and emerging over the coastal waters of Pangasinan or La Union later tonight or early Monday.
