She called for the Civil Aviation Minister to take action against the airline. In her post, Sule emphasized that passengers pay high fares but often do not receive timely service in return. She highlighted how these delays impact professionals, children, and seniors alike. In response to Sule's comments, Air India acknowledged the inconvenience caused by delays. The airline explained that some delays result from operational issues that can be out of their control. They thanked Sule for her understanding.
