Suspect Curtis Johnson wanted after Tate Township shooting

Police are looking for a suspect in a shooting in Tate Township, Ohio, on Saturday afternoon. The Clermont County Sheriff's Office received a call about the incident at 3:16 p.m. The shooting happened on Crane Schoolhouse Road. A 39-year-old man was shot in the foot during the incident. His injuries are not life-threatening, and he was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment. The victim identified the shooter as 35-year-old Curtis Johnson from Monroe Township. Deputies found Johnson’s vehicle nearby on Fair Oak Road. They searched the area using K9 units and drones. Authorities obtained a search warrant for a residence on Fair Oak Road but did not find Johnson there. A warrant for his arrest has been issued, and he is currently on the run.
