Suspect in Liam Payne death speaks out, denies drug involvement
Liam Payne's death is under investigation, with one suspect, Braian Nahuel Paiz, speaking out. Paiz, an Argentinian waiter, admitted to meeting Payne twice before his fall on October 16 but denied supplying drugs or accepting money. Paiz claimed they first met at a restaurant where he worked. He stated that during their second meeting at a hotel, they spent time together and had drinks. He noted that Payne appeared to be under the influence of drugs when they first met. Paiz's home was searched by authorities, but he has not yet been questioned. He maintains that he did not provide Payne with narcotics.
