Suspect in Liam Payne's death denies supplying drugs to singer
A suspect in the death of Liam Payne, Braian Nahuel Paiz, stated he did not supply drugs to the singer. Paiz admitted to partying with Payne but claimed the singer was already under the influence when they met. Three individuals were detained last week in connection with Payne's death on October 16 in Buenos Aires. Authorities have not disclosed their identities, and Paiz has not been formally questioned by investigators. Toxicology results showed Payne had alcohol, cocaine, and antidepressants in his system before his fall from a hotel balcony. The autopsy concluded his death was due to multiple trauma from the fall, ruling out self-harm or foul play.
