Sweden's manager endorses Gyokeres for Manchester United transfer
Sweden's national team manager, Jon Dahl Tomasson, has endorsed Viktor Gyokeres as a strong candidate for Manchester United this summer. Gyokeres has been frequently mentioned as a top target for the club as they look to secure a new forward. Tomasson praised Gyokeres’s potential, stating he would do well in the Premier League. The 26-year-old forward has been impressive, scoring 43 goals last season and continuing his good form with 40 goals in 40 games this term. He previously played for Sporting CP under Ruben Amorim, who is now linked with a move to Manchester United. The Sweden coach also spoke highly of Alexander Isak, another striker in his squad who plays for Newcastle United. Isak recently helped his team win the Carabao Cup, contributing to his reputation as one of the league's best forwards. Tomasson described Isak as “the best striker in the Premier League” and highlighted the importance of trophies in a player's career. Both Gyokeres and Isak represent significant talent for Sweden, and Tomasson believes they can succeed at the highest levels of football.
