Switzerland replica NSX offers Ferrari look at lower costs
A Honda NSX has been transformed into a unique replica of a Ferrari 360 in Switzerland. The owner wanted a reliable car that looked like a Ferrari but didn't come with high maintenance costs. This one-of-a-kind vehicle is now for sale, priced similarly to real Ferraris. The Honda NSX was popular in the 1990s for its impressive performance and reliability. It was known as a "poor man's Ferrari" because it offered supercar features at a more affordable price. One owner took this nickname literally and created a special version that could serve as an alternative to the expensive Italian model. This NSX has been modified to closely resemble the Ferrari 360. The builder used some original Ferrari parts for authenticity, while completely changing the body's shape to match the 360. Inside, the cabin features luxury materials and Ferrari branding to enhance the illusion. Named the "Ferrari 361," this replica has a powerful 3.0-liter V6 engine producing 296 horsepower. It has been well-received, showing it can be a dependable daily driver too. With over 98,000 kilometers on the clock, this car is in top condition after a major service and has been with the same owner for 18 years. The asking price for this NSX replica is €75,000 (about $81,300), which is similar to real Ferrari models currently on the market. Buyers can find it in Switzerland, with arrangements for pick-up in Germany. Interestingly, despite the extensive modifications, this NSX is one of the cheaper manual NSXs available in Europe.
