Sydney socialite crashes SUV while allegedly drink-driving

A Sydney socialite is in trouble after she allegedly crashed her luxury SUV into several parked cars while drunk. Vanessa Jacobs Fennell, 54, was reportedly driving in circles around Bellevue Hill when the incident occurred on Friday evening. Witnesses saw her smash into a parked Tesla around 7 PM. Dining customers at a nearby restaurant tried to help by pulling her out of the damaged Range Rover. However, she resisted their efforts and waved them away. Jacobs Fennell spent the night in police custody after the accident. Her vehicle was left with significant damage.
