Sziget Festival announces 50 new artists for 2025
Sziget Festival has announced 50 new artists for its 2025 lineup. Among the new acts are British rapper Little Simz, Michael Kiwanuka, and FKA twigs. The festival is set to take place on the “Island of Freedom” in Budapest, Hungary, from August 6 to 11. This year's festival will feature six headliners, including Chappell Roan, A$AP Rocky, Charli XCX, Anyma, Post Malone, and Shawn Mendes. Other notable artists include French electronic group Justice, the rap trio Kneecap from Belfast, and Stockport's Blossoms. Charli XCX will be performing as part of her popular Brat tour, supporting her acclaimed album. Newcomer Chappell Roan is gaining attention after winning the Grammy for Best New Artist and releasing her single "The Giver." The 2025 festival will introduce new spaces like the Delta District, with live music venues and a night stage.
