Tabrez arrested after eight years on the run

Police in Pratapgarh, India have arrested a notorious criminal named Tabrez after he spent eight years on the run. The arrest took place on Friday near Majhigava Bridge Road. Tabrez was wanted in connection with a murder case and had a cash reward of Rs 50,000 for his capture. The case dates back to August 10, 2016, when a man was killed in Rampur village. A group of 12 assailants was involved, and 11 of them were arrested soon after the incident. However, Tabrez evaded law enforcement for nearly a decade. Authorities reported that Tabrez had multiple criminal cases against him in different police stations within Pratapgarh district. His arrest has brought some relief to the local community and law enforcement officials.
