Takapuna home plans include helipad, no landing rights

A neighbor, Bruce McDonald, expressed concerns about the possibility of a helipad close to his home. He lives in a penthouse just 16 meters away from the McAlpines' property. McDonald is particularly worried because the plans clearly mention a "helipad" in the rooftop design.
