Tamil Nadu’s Deputy Chief Minister praised local athletes for their achievements at the Khelo India Para Games 2025 in New Delhi. The athletes excelled in para badminton, winning a total of 12 medals. This includes four gold, three silver, and five bronze medals. The Chief Minister, Udhayanidhi Stalin, shared his congratulations in a social media post. He highlighted that Tamil Nadu’s para athletes emerged as overall champions in both the men’s and women’s categories of the event. Gold medals were won by athletes Manisha Ramadass, Nitya Sre, Naveen Sivakumar, and Ruthick Ragupathi. Silver medals were achieved by Jagadesh Dilli, Haris M.S., and Sudarsan M.S. Bronze medalists include Amudha Saravanan, Dhinagaran Pandurangan, Sivarajan Solaimalai, Shanthiya Viswanathan, and Shobana J. The Deputy CM thanked the athletes for their hard work and dedication. He also extended his appreciation to the coaches and support staff for their contributions. He wished all the athletes continued success in future competitions.
