Tarigami urges CM to address political detainees' plight

He called for a more lawful approach to prevent unlawful activities and improve the situation. Additionally, Tarigami discussed the plight of daily wage workers in Jammu and Kashmir. He noted that while a committee has been formed to address their regularization, their wages should be aligned with those in Ladakh to ensure fairness. Tarigami also criticized the trend of frequent extensions for university professors. He argued that universities should focus on improving educational standards rather than becoming event-driven centers. He called on the assembly to send a strong message to authorities about the need for reform in educational governance.
