Tata Mutual Fund launches BSE Quality Index Fund
Tata Mutual Fund has launched the Tata BSE Quality Index Fund, which aims to track the BSE Quality Index. This index includes 30 companies selected for their strong financial health, focusing on metrics like return on equity and low financial leverage. The new fund is open for subscription until March 28, with a minimum investment of Rs 5,000. It will be managed by Kapil Menon and Rakesh Prajapati and is benchmarked against the Nifty Large Midcap 250 Total Return Index. This fund is Tata's third factor-based index fund, emphasizing quality investing. It aims to provide long-term growth and stability, particularly during economic downturns, by focusing on companies with strong fundamentals.
