Tayla Spies, 29, missing in Queensland since February

Tayla Spies, a 29-year-old mother of three, disappeared in early February after leaving a hotel in Dalby, Queensland. CCTV footage shows her walking to her white Toyota Hilux on the morning of her disappearance. Tayla checked out of the Windsor Hotel with her partner, but they left in separate cars. After leaving the hotel, Tayla drove west towards Surat, a small town where she was last seen. Her family is puzzled by her decision to head south instead of north towards her hometown of Roma. According to her sister Rebecca, Tayla had told others she was coming home that day. Police have been searching for Tayla for over six weeks. They have released footage from her last known location and have used drones and trail bikes in their investigation. The search area covers 9,000 square kilometers, making it a challenging task for detectives. Rebecca, Tayla's sister, expressed her grief and frustration, stating that their family is struggling with the uncertainty surrounding Tayla’s disappearance. She described her sister as a creative and loving person who ran her own event planning business. While Tayla's bank accounts have not been touched since her disappearance, police continue to investigate any potential leads. Rebecca is actively working to raise awareness about her sister's case, hoping to reach more people who may have information. She urges the community to help and emphasizes the importance of not staying silent about any relevant details. Rebecca remains determined to find Tayla, expressing that her greatest wish is to hear her sister's voice again.
