TaylorMade has introduced a new fitting process for its Qi35 drivers, focusing on matching golfers with the right driver head and shaft. This approach is based on years of fitting data that link player release patterns to specific shaft profiles. The new fitting method uses advanced technology, including launch monitor reflectors in the Qi35 SelectFit heads, to measure how players release the club. This allows fitters to recommend stiffer or softer shafts based on individual swing characteristics. Fitters can also adjust the driver head's loft and center of gravity to optimize performance. The Qi35 drivers are now available for customization through Fairway Jockey, with fitting locations accessible via True Spec Golf.
