TCL enhances AI in electronics and appliances globally

TCL Technology Group Corp, a Chinese consumer electronics company, is enhancing its use of artificial intelligence in its products. The company aims to apply AI more in home appliances and consumer electronics. TCL focuses on three main areas: intelligent terminals, semiconductor displays, and photovoltaics. It is investing heavily in AI and digital twin technology to improve how businesses operate. At the Appliance & Electronics World Expo 2025 in Shanghai, TCL is showcasing its wide range of products. These include smart televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, mobile phones, augmented reality glasses, e-sports displays, and AI-enabled companion robots. TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology, a TCL subsidiary, is also displaying its OLED screens. These screens are used in smartphones and laptops and come in various sizes from 5.5 inches to 150 inches. Recently, TCL formed a global partnership with the International Olympic Committee (IOC). This partnership makes TCL the official partner for home audiovisual equipment and home appliances for the Olympic and Paralympic games.
