Tesla faces major delivery declines in Germany and China
Tesla is facing significant challenges in 2025, with a notable decline in vehicle deliveries. In Germany, Tesla delivered only 1,429 vehicles in February, a 76% drop from the previous year. This marks the first year-over-year sales decline in a decade. The company is also struggling in China, with a 49% decrease in shipments in February compared to last year. Increased competition from domestic automakers is contributing to these sales issues. To address demand, Tesla has reintroduced low-interest financing for new Model 3 orders. While some view this as a positive move, others see it as a sign of declining demand amid a tough market environment.
