Thackeray criticizes Shinde for brief meeting attendance

Aaditya Thackeray, a leader from the Shiv Sena (UBT), criticized Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Tuesday. Thackeray accused Shinde of trying to avoid blame for problems related to the city’s road concretization project. Thackeray posted on X that Shinde, who was chief minister when the project was approved, attended an important meeting for only five minutes. He noted that even members of Shinde’s own party are now questioning how the project has been handled. Thackeray mentioned that these ruling party MLAs are starting to speak up because they are feeling the impact of the project's issues. He has also requested an investigation by the Economic Offences Wing into the matter and expressed hope that the chief minister will take action.
