Kreskin gained fame in the 1960s for his mentalist performances on television. He appeared on numerous talk shows and hosted his own program in the 1970s, captivating audiences with his mind tricks. In addition to his performances, Kreskin authored several books. He was known for a controversial prediction in 2002 about a UFO appearance in Las Vegas, which he later admitted was a hoax.
