Three arrested for sexual misconduct and conspiracy in South Carolina
South Carolina authorities arrested two former corrections staff and a former inmate on charges of sexual misconduct and conspiracy. Antoinette Crawley, a former nurse assistant, and Shontell Gamble, a former corrections officer, face multiple charges, including providing contraband and accepting bribes. Crawley allegedly had a sexual relationship with an inmate and provided him with drugs and other items. Gamble is accused of using an illegal cell phone to communicate with an inmate and accepting money. Former inmate Quinzell Robinson is charged with attempting to deliver contraband via drone. These arrests follow a recent guilty plea from another corrections employee for drug trafficking. Two former officers also pleaded guilty to misconduct related to drug trafficking. Court dates for the new arrests have not been announced.
