Three Hong Kong universities make top 10 in Asian University Rankings

Three public universities in Hong Kong have reached the top 10 in the latest Asian University Rankings by Quacquarelli Symonds. This is the first time since the rankings began in 2009 that three institutions from the city have achieved this. The University of Hong Kong (HKU) remains in second place. The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) improved from 10th to 6th, while City University (CityU) climbed to 10th, marking its highest ranking ever. Among the 11 Hong Kong universities ranked, seven improved their positions. The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology moved from 15th to 11th, and Polytechnic University rose six spots to 17th.
