Three injured in Woodland house fire Friday morning

Three people were injured in a house fire early Friday morning in Woodland, California. The fire broke out around 2:33 a.m. at a home located on West Street, near Lincoln Avenue. Fire crews quickly responded to the scene. Five people living in the house were displaced. Out of those, three were taken to a local hospital for treatment. One person jumped out of a second-story window to escape the flames. The Woodland Fire Department reported that the home did not have any smoke detectors. Fortunately, the fire was contained to the area it started and did not spread to nearby homes. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
