Three Irish players win significant EuroMillions prizes
The EuroMillions draw on Friday night did not produce a jackpot winner, but three Irish players had good news. There were no winners for the largest ever EuroMillions jackpot in Ireland, which was estimated at €200 million. Two players won €500,000 each in the EuroMillions Plus draw. These tickets were Quick Picks bought in Cork and Galway. The Cork ticket was purchased at Dunnes Stores in Ballyvolane, while the Galway ticket was bought at Concannon’s Daybreak in Ahascragh, Ballinasloe. A third player won €18,159 by matching five numbers in the main draw. This ticket was also a Quick Pick bought at SuperValu in New Park Shopping Centre, Kilkenny. The winning numbers for the EuroMillions Plus draw were 13, 14, 17, 26, and 32. The main draw numbers were 9, 17, 18, 21, 50, with Lucky Stars being 5 and 12. The National Lottery encourages players from Cork, Galway, and Kilkenny to check their tickets. If you have a winning ticket, contact the National Lottery’s prize claims team as soon as possible. The EuroMillions jackpot will roll over to an estimated €220 million for the next draw on Tuesday, March 25.
