Three men stab rickshaw driver in Ulhasnagar dispute

A small argument on the road turned violent in Ulhasnagar's Ashelegaon area. On Saturday evening, a rickshaw driver was stabbed multiple times by three young men on a motorcycle. The attack happened in broad daylight and left the driver seriously injured. The rickshaw driver, Rupesh Kadu, was working when the motorcycle blocked his path. An argument broke out over who should go first, but things quickly escalated. Kadu tried to run away, but the assailants chased him and attacked with knives. The incident was captured on CCTV, which shocked local residents. Two of the attackers were caught by other rickshaw drivers who intervened during the chaos. However, one man managed to escape. Kadu was taken to the hospital for treatment. The Vitthalwadi police have started an investigation. They have arrested two suspects and are searching for the third. An inspector commented that such acts of violence will not be tolerated and stressed the importance of public safety. A local resident expressed deep concern about how frightening it was to witness such an aggressive attack on the streets.
