Tim Allen will return to television in 2025 with a new ABC comedy called "Shifting Gears." The show features Allen as a widowed car workshop owner whose life changes when his daughter, played by Kat Dennings, moves in with her children. Brenda Song, known for her role in "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," will guest star as Caitlyn, a former classmate of Dennings' character and the assistant principal at their old high school. This marks a reunion for Song and Dennings, who previously co-starred in "Dollface."
