TNSTU opens applications for 3,274 Driver cum Conductor posts

The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTU) is accepting applications for 3,274 Driver cum Conductor positions. Interested candidates can apply online at arasubus.tn.gov.in. The registration period started today, March 21, 2025, and will continue until April 21, 2025. The available positions are distributed among different branches of TNSTU. This includes 364 jobs for the Metropolitan Transport Corporation Ltd and various other amounts at locations such as Chennai, Villupuram, and Madurai. To be eligible, applicants must have completed Class 10 or SSLC. They should be able to read, write, and speak Tamil. The age limit is set at 24 years as of July 1, 2025. Candidates also need a valid Heavy Transport Driving Licence and at least 18 months of experience driving heavy vehicles. Additional requirements include a First Aid Certificate and a Conductor Licence obtained before January 1, 2025. The application fee is ₹1,180, excluding bank charges.
