Tom Grennan's new album features a "different sound."
Tom Grennan is preparing to release a new album that features a "different" sound compared to his previous work. The album, titled "Everywhere I Went, Led Me to Where I Didn’t Want to Be," is set to come out on August 15. Recently, he shared a new single called "Boy’s Don’t Cry," adding to two earlier singles from the album. In an interview with The Mirror, Grennan expressed his excitement about the upcoming music. He mentioned he is feeling confident and believes he is finally becoming the artist he has always wanted to be. "The new music is definitely a different sound," he said. He has drawn inspiration from both classic and modern records, experimenting with different sounds and instruments. This new project marks Grennan's fourth album, following his 2023 release, "What Ifs And Maybes." The album was produced by Justin Tranter, known for working with artists like Britney Spears and Linkin Park. Grennan described the album as a message about self-belief and the courage to take risks. In addition to the album release, Grennan will embark on a UK and Ireland arena tour beginning on September 3 in Bournemouth. He will perform at the O2 Arena in London on September 6 and conclude the tour in Manchester on September 19. Furthermore, he has been announced as the Friday night headliner for BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend 2025, joining several other popular artists. Tickets for his upcoming shows are available now.
